Registration is now open!
This year’s Conference will take place virtually on September 26, 2020, and will be governed by a set of emergency rules to ensure the completion of all business in one day. The Resolutions, Rescom Reports, Amendments, and Counterarguments are all posted here. Participation requires the use of Zoom, which can be downloaded and installed on a Mac, PC, or mobile device.

In addition to voting on resolutions for possible inclusion in next year’s Legislative Program, we will be recognizing Assemblymember Jay Obernolte as our Legislator of the Year and honoring California Supreme Court Justice Ming Chin with the John Van de Kamp Award!
The cost to attend is only $25. In the PayPal registration form below, please provide your name followed by your delegation in the first line (name, delegation) and an email address for sending the Zoom link. We will send registered attendees the Zoom link a day or two before the Conference.
