Osborn for a one-hour CLE to discuss the landmark 2022 CARE Act (SB 1338) that is considered a paradigm shift in the availability of services for the mentally ill, the unhoused, and those suffering from substance abuse. Designed as a diversion to prevent more restrictive conservatorships or incarceration, Mr. Osborn will review the history of the legislation and ongoing challenges to implementation.
